VOICE OVER COMMERCIAL ACTING 101A

For the voiceover actor who is beginning in the art and craft of voiceover.

• Concentration on finding the actor's voice
  
• Microphone technique
  
• Copy reading fundamentals—making choices
  
• Training your ear
  
• Introduction to the Radio Ranch storytelling technique

VOICEOVER COMMERCIAL ACTING LEVEL II

For the established actor with voice over experience (or students who have successfully completed Level I )

• Merging voice over technique with storytelling
  
• Concentration on finding the story within the copy
  
• Advanced dialogue work with emphasis on Radio Ranch-style humorous spots
  
• Solo character work
  
• Practice, practice, practice

ADVANCED VOICE OVER COMMERCIAL WORKOUT

For established voiceover professionals (or students who have successfully completed Level II)

Geared toward the working pro, this class is meant to address individual needs of the students in order to improve auditions and increase bookings. This includes:

• An intense application of storytelling technique to commercial copy
  
• A study of trends in the business and how to adapt to the highly competitive market
  
• Extensive microphone time and director's feedback

The Advanced Class will feature occasional guest directors who are producers and casting directors currently working in the business.
